Who Are We?
A bunch of geeks in the back room of some fone company? No not really (however we do have some and love them)! Fonetrak is the brain child of Fonebox Australia. An international communications company based in Brisbane, with an impressive record for taking on their bigger, meaner, more expensive competitors… and winning! With over 30 years of experience in the advertising, media and telecommunications industries, CEO Steven Grives found a distinctly wide gap in the CRM market. Every CRM that he looked at using left him wanting (pause for dramatic effect)… wanting for a system that provided him with a flexible platform that allowed him to develop the software into a CRM that suited his everyday needs. The search continued, and when he came up with nothing, the only logical solution was to round up a few of those crazy nerds to make themselves useful and develop one for him! So they did and Fonetrak was born! As the program was developed, Steven placed it in the hands of his capable staff for the ultimate live test. Guess what, Fonetrak survived their misuse! This live testing scenario allowed Fonetrak’s development process to be manipulated and tested immediately in a real-life office situation, thus providing the practical product in front of you today. Fonebox has now perfected this program and hands it over to you…. with love and dedication (perseverance and sweat…ew!).
