Clients: Value your clients; don’t just give them a number… One of Fonetrak’s basic features is its highly effective client information database. Essentially it allows you to create your own fields for your clients. Every business is different - not every business requires the same fields filled out for each client. For example, if you are a doctor’s surgery and your primary business is dealing with the general public, the ABN field is not required and thus can be removed to only include the fields your organisation requires. Through the use of our client filter you can search for your contact by entering their name. Once the clients file is open you have all of their details at your fingertips. You then have the option of logging the following details against their file: - Creating a Deal - Add Service Calls - Add a reminder - Add to your pending list - Create a call log - Record a dispute - Assign inventory - Export their details to office (E.G – A quotation form) This means that next time your client makes a call to you, your team can see the full history of the client and their previous interactions. |
