All information requested on our site, with respect to purchasing goods and services, is essential.  Accordingly, you agree, when you purchase our goods and services, to provide us with your current and complete information.  This information is subsequently retained to be used solely for maintaining our high-standard of customer service.  We require this information so we can communicate with you in the future, so we can inform you of services and product lines and so we can tailor our correspondence to suit your needs. 

Your information is protected throughout this entire process.  Your sensitive information (e.g. credit card numbers, account passwords) is encrypted in order to provide the highest level of privacy protection and information integrity.

At Fonetrak we know the importance of good communication.  We may use your information in order to provide you with notices affecting your account or services, as well as newsletters, flyers, new product information or surveys.  We will only send you information if you elect to receive communication from us; however, we are required to send certain messages to you about maintaining your account even if you are not interested in receiving excess information.

Security

Fonetrak uses industry standard 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for all transactions to ensure the highest security for credit card and personal details submitted to Fonetrak over the Internet.

With Whom We May Share Your Information

We do not share your information with any external companies or organizations other than our subsidiaries.  We are not party to any collective information sharing agreements.  Your information is used solely so that we may improve our services to you.  The Fonetrak team is not interested in using your information for any other purposes.

During payment, your credit card number is transmitted to our bank where the credit card transaction is either accepted or declined by the bank.   Your credit card details are not stored on any of our sites or servers.  A transaction reference number is stored on our site, so that should any questions with respect to the transaction arise in the future, we have records that show we conducted a credit card transaction with you.  This reference number cannot be used for any other purpose.

Cookies

Fonetrak uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and purchase items in your shopping cart.  Cookies are sent to your computer while you browse our website; however, we do not store persistent cookies on your computer.  The only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself.  A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites.  Cookies enable us to develop a website which supports features that make your shopping experience more enjoyable.  

Changing Your Information

When you purchase our services, you represent to us that you have provided notice to, and obtained consent from, any third party individuals whose personal data you supply to us.  Additionally, Fonetrak employees, agents and business partners are independently responsible for ensuring compliance with this Policy. 

Employee Accountability

Fonetrak employees with a legitimate purpose may have access to your information; however, only for specified and authorized uses.   Our employees do not have general access to your information as our system is configured to block unauthorized employees from accessing private information.  Any Fonetrak employee who accesses your information without permission will be subject to disciplinary action.

The date at the top of this page will change when any alterations to this Policy come into effect.
